The Plant Manager is responsible for overall plant operations. A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection of all products produced on their respective production line. A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is also required to assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers. The Material Handler’s primary function is to maintain raw material for each line and ensuring that the proper machines and parts they need are operating correctly. The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot equipment and process problems to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the shift/plant. The Process Technician should be proficient with the production platforms of the operation and proactively work to increase the safe operation of equipment, the skills of manufacturing employees and improve processing techniques and productivity. The Process Technician should ensure that proper maintenance is completed by Line Operators and assist as required. This position requires the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and weekends as required. The Wash Line Operator is responsible for operating the wash and drying steps of the material processing operation.  The Wash Line Operator is also responsible for filling boxes and transporting processed material for storage and distribution.  Wash Line Operators receive direction throughout their work shift from the Wash Line Supervisor.
