The Route Planner is responsible for effectively managing driver and customer relations through effective communication, planning and problem solving. This includes dispatching and shipping related tasks. The Route Planner is also a back up for Freight Manager and potential successor to position. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weeknights/weekends as required.   Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Creates a safe and inclusive work environment for drivers - Schedules orders to meet on-time delivery dates and customer needs - Confirms customer delivery times with correct address and contact information - Communicates driver routes in a timely manner to ensure work life balance/predictability - Builds executable loads and schedules delivery stops with safety in mind - Maximizes driver productivity, fleet asset utilization, and pounds shipped per load - Route efficiency through minimizing out of route miles - Partners with CSRs and Sales on expedited orders and regional fulfillment - Common carrier/UPS billing/RMAs management/TPA ship method communication - Driver trip envelopes/trip entry and driver log verification - BOL auditing and OTIFNE missed reason code validation - Backorder and future order management - Supports Stop Work Authority Program - Escalates concerns to Freight Manager   Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge: - Self-motivation, dependability, and team oriented - Ability to learn new skills and be open minded/curious, effective communicator - Intermediate computer skills including software such as Microsoft Office Suites - Strong organization, time management and conflict resolution skills - Familiarity with FMCSA and State DOT requirements such as HOS rules   Educational Requirements/ Preferred Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years office/computer experience - 1-2 years’ experience in transportation (dispatch, driver, administration)

Summary: The Freight Manager is responsible for effectively managing all operations within the Freight department. This includes order management, customer service, payload efficiencies, equipment maintenance and driver management. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weeknights/weekends as required.   Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Safety– creates a culture of safety and maintains a safe work environment, provides proper PPE & training, rewards safe driving behavior and holds team accountable, completes accident investigations, implements safety improvements, communicates safety opportunities, and immediately addresses safety concerns. - Staffing – driver hiring, engagement and retention activities. Builds relationships with Freight team, addresses concerns, recognizes achievements, provides performance feedback and development opportunities. - Service – works with manufacturing, sales, and supply chain partners to achieve customer satisfaction. Ensures effective delivery schedule and dispatching performance through management of Route Planner and Freight Administrator (if applicable). Monitors/manages fleet optimization and daily shipping goals via various reports such as speed gauge, log compliance, DOT stop/citation, out of route miles, headcount, driver utilization, payload efficiency, total lbs. shipped, past dues, returns, interplant deliveries, miles per gallon and OTIFNE (on time in full no errors). Partners with maintenance provider to reduce equipment downtime and complete preventative maintenance on tractor & trailer equipment.   Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge: - Frontline leadership soft skills such as team building and conflict resolution - FMCSA and State DOT Requirements - Proficient in Business Operational Systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite applications - Familiar with complexity of dispatching loads with internal prioritization and external demand - Communicates effectively to internal and external partners - Takes initiative and applies previous learnings to new situations - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail   Educational Requirements: College degree required or equivalent experience with HS diploma    Preferred Experience: 2 years in Transportation/Freight Management with supervisory experience

Summary: This position performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.   Currently two shifts available: 4pm-12:30am and 12am-8:30am   Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machines and their controls (extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, DC /AC motor & drives, downstream equipment, chillers & etc.…). - Maintain and build job skills through company training programs. - Contact, specify, and order replacement parts & control components from supplier as needed. - Effectively contribute to CMMS performance through timely PM & Repair Work Order completion while ensuring compliance. - 1st responder to troubleshooting machine problems, contact Electrical Engineering if additional support is needed. - Support Daily Management directives and initiatives. - Help develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and Safety. - Work with Production Staff to ensure the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment. Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge: - Experience using Electrical Test equipment: Voltmeter, Ammeter, ohm meter, Megger & etc.… - Understanding basic machine function and Sequence of Operations of production machinery. - Experienced in reading Electrical, pneumatics and mechanical drawings. - Knowledge of NEC, UL508A and NFPA 79 codes. - Lock Out Tag Out Safety procedures. - Arc Flash and PPE Requirements - Strong industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting - Strong leadership ability with time management and task prioritization skills - Strong in electrical formulas and mechanical math. - Knowledge of 3 Phase Industrial wiring and power distribution - AC & DC Drive / Motor PMs, wiring, programming & troubleshooting. - Troubleshoot PLC I/O and networking. - Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel as well as company resources and vendors - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word - Experience in Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving    

A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection of all products produced on their respective production line. A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is also required to assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers.
