The Regional Freight Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership to the freight function within an assigned geography.  Through multiple Freight Manager direct reports, the incumbent will ensure the safe operations of the ADS internal fleet, service delivery levels are maintained and operational efficiencies such as payload and miles per gallon are maximized.  While reporting to the Corporate Fleet Manager, the incumbent will have strong partnerships with the Plant Managers, Regional Manufacturing Managers and Sales Leaders within his/her assigned geography to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift. Summary: Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.
