The Plant Manager is responsible for overall plant operations. The Plant Manager has direct responsibility of the facility’s safety, quality, service, productivity, administrative and financial performance. The Plant Manager is also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management and annual operating budget preparation and recommendations.   The Plant Manager is the main point of contact between the company’s corporate office and the respective manufacturing location. A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection of all products produced on their respective production line. A Plastic Manufacturing Technician is also required to assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers. The Material Handler’s primary function is to maintain raw material for each line and ensuring that the proper machines and parts they need are operating correctly. Another responsibility of a Material Handler is moving and packaging palletized loads to the yard.  . This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Production Hauler is responsible for the safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. The Production Hauler also will assist with on-line and off-line production as needed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and driving corporate programs focused on ADS over-the-road fleet and plant forklift equipment. Facilitate maintenance strategies resulting in cost reduction and standardization across the company for fleet and manufacturing operations. The position will ensure all equipment is legal, safe, and operational. The Corporate Maintenance Manager must create a visible and systematic platform for capturing, approving, and reporting repair and maintenance expenses to meet fleet and manufacturing R&M operational budgets. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel approximately 40% to ADS locations. The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot equipment and process problems to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the shift/plant. The Process Technician should be proficient with the production platforms of the operation and proactively work to increase the safe operation of equipment, the skills of manufacturing employees and improve processing techniques and productivity. The Process Technician should ensure that proper maintenance is completed by Line Operators and assist as required. This position requires the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and weekends as required. The Yard Supervisor directs the work activities of all Yard personnel involved in the shipping, receiving and handling of product. This position provides leadership and direction in loading and unloading techniques, receiving procedures, yard organization, inventory handling and control, yard vehicle maintenance and the promotion of a safe working environment. A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. A Yard Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times.  This position also interacts with company and non-company drivers as well as will-call customers and should display excellent customer service skills. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Wash Line Operator is responsible for operating the wash and drying steps of the material processing operation.  The Wash Line Operator is also responsible for filling boxes and transporting processed material for storage and distribution.  Wash Line Operators receive direction throughout their work shift from the Wash Line Supervisor. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
