The Material Handler’s primary function is to maintain raw material for each line and ensuring that the proper machines and parts they need are operating correctly. Another responsibility of a Material Handler is moving and packaging palletized loads to the yard.  . This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Summary:   The Manufacturing Process and Asset Specialist is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations byi helping to troubleshoot tooling equipment and process problems to increase manufacturing quality, productivity and other related operational performance measures. The manufacturing Process and Asset Specialist should be proficient with the changeover process and tooling equipment and proactively work to identify potential efficiency gains designed to improve key performance indicators and train employees to improve their skills on the process. This role will also be responsible for tracking and managing all site equipment and assets.   Primary Job Responsibilities:   The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Track, monitor and record data around the changeover and tooling process - Actively work to improve OEE through downtime elimination and process improvement - Create action plans to drive improvements and fix problems based on data driven decisions and effective root cause analysis - Coordinate tooling repairs with Maintenance and engineering as needed - Accountable for inspecting and verifying all inbound and outbound tooling is in proper runnable condition. - Ensure tooling is being loaded to internal specifications - Identify and train Tooling Champions for each shift. - Accurately track and manage all site equipment and assets through our CMMS system - Assist in directing and supervision of the manufacturing changeover process across all lines.  - Train employees on the changeover process. - Continually analyze changeover process for continuous improvement. Formulate actions and execute with the production team. - Assist in changeovers (when required) in a safe and efficient manner. - Review changeover process to ensure it is running at the documented process. Determine root cause if not running at standard and report (document) findings to management. - May be assigned special projects or investigations as directed by management. The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot equipment and process problems in order to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the shift/plant. The Process Technician should be proficient with the production platforms of the operation and proactively work to increase the safe operation of equipment, the skills of manufacturing employees and improve processing techniques and productivity. The Process Technician should ensure that proper maintenance is completed by Line Operators and DST’s and assist as required. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. A Yard Lead is responsible for performing and directing other yard personnel in the safe and accurate daily work activities involving the shipping, receiving and handling of product.  A Yard Lead will interact with drivers and customers and should represent ADS in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. A Yard Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times.  This position also interacts with company and non-company drivers as well as will-call customers and should display excellent customer service skills. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Grind Line Operator is responsible for transporting recycled plastics to the beginning of the reprocessing line using a forklift. The Grind Line Operator is also responsible for filling boxes and transporting processed material for storage and distribution. Grind Line Operators receive direction throughout their work shift from the Plant Manager. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Web Applications Manager will be a member of the IT Consumer Apps team at ADS.  The Web Applications Manager partners closely with the ADS Digital Marketing team to support our website and related technologies.  The Web Applications Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and vendors to deliver development and implementation of projects related to our web and digital marketing technologies.  Experience building/managing website technologies is required.  Knowledge of common web development languages (HTML, .Net, JavaScript, Python, PHP, JSP, etc) preferred. Broad professional experience with digital marketing tools and trends preferred. Summary: Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift. This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the control, management, and planning of all inventories at DC location. A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. A Yard Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times.  This position also interacts with company and non-company drivers as well as will-call customers and should display excellent customer service skills. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
