The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift. This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Production Manager is responsible for all daily activities within the plant including production functions, plant organization, housekeeping and other duties as required. The Production Manager is also involved with all plant personnel including hiring, employee development, terminations and disciplinary actions. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. A Yard Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times.  This position also interacts with company and non-company drivers as well as will-call customers and should display excellent customer service skills. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Material Coordinator is responsible for the safe handling and transfer of raw materials to the warehouse or material silos.  The Material Coordinator must utilize optimizer software to make a material blend and is responsible for raw material sampling and inventory. When needed, the Material Coordinator will assist in the loading and unloading of materials.  This position requires the flexibility to work 40 hours or more per week and weekends as required. The Site Production Manager is responsible for all production, shipping and other departmental employees in the plant for Flexstorm located in Naperville, IL. They lead team to attain plant goals including safety, quality, housekeeping, and production. They are a coach that assists teams with problem solving activities. They will lead the employees in motivation, job training and perform performance reviews. They will implement lean manufacturing systems and procedures. Must interact with other departments to ensure Quality of product produced. The Drain Basin Puller is responsible for properly identifying the correct dimensions of a drain basin outlet and fabricating a pulled stub for the eventual installation of a drain basin branch.  The parameters of such a pull must be maintained in a controlled temperature environment such that the basin body is heated to a formable temperature and then cooled after the pull to a solid state so that the resulting inner dimensions of the pull is receptive to the outer dimensions of the drain basin branch.  Daily communication regarding department performance with Production Manager is required.  Ultimate goal is to produce high quality parts with minimum downtime in the most safe and economical manner. The Drain Basin Puller must be flexible to work 40+ hours per week. The Automation Technician is responsible for performing the preventive and reactive maintenance duties for the automated equipment in our facility.  Primary focus of the Automation Technician is to ensure automation is performing to quality, safety, and production expectations. The Plant Maintenance Technician oversees and performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. The Inventory Service Coordinator is responsible for the control, management and planning of all inventories. This position maintains organizational channels of communication regarding inventory issues and works closely with production management, freight management and Customer Service Representatives to manage and maintain lead times. The Production Hauler is responsible for the safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. The Production Hauler also will assist with on-line and off-line production as needed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Fleet Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining fleet equipment and ensuring that all over-the-road equipment is legal, safe and road worthy. The Fleet Maintenance Technician must track all jobs and labor hours utilizing a work order system and must effectively operate within the Fleet R&M budget and optimize performance.
