Summary: Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. The Wash Line Operator is responsible for operating the wash and drying steps of the material processing operation.  The Wash Line Operator is also responsible for filling boxes and transporting processed material for storage and distribution.  Wash Line Operators receive direction throughout their work shift from the Wash Line Supervisor. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Production Hauler is responsible for the safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. The Production Hauler also will assist with on-line and off-line production as needed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Yard Manager supervises and directs the work activities of all Yard personnel involved in the shipping, receiving and handling of product. This position provides leadership and direction in loading and unloading techniques, receiving procedures, yard organization, inventory handling and control, yard vehicle maintenance and the promotion of a safe working environment. A Yard Manager generally supervises a department of up to 15 Yard Loaders. The Yard Manager is involved with all plant personnel including hiring, employee development, terminations and disciplinary actions.  This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Summary:   The Manufacturing Process and Asset Specialist II (MPAS II) is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot tooling equipment and process problems to increase manufacturing quality, productivity, and other related operational performance measures within a group of 2-3 assigned focus plants. The MPAS II is a subject matter expert with the changeover process and tooling equipment and proactively works to identify potential efficiency gains designed to improve key performance indicators and train employees to improve their skills on the process.
