This position supports the Midwest region and operations on an 8am - 5pm EST schedule. Region assignment may change based on business needs.    

Summary: The Regional CSR serves as a trusted point of contact for assigned regional customers, providing comprehensive order management and relationship support. This role ensures timely resolution of customer issues, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. This position supports the Southeast region and operates on an 8:00am to 5:00pm EST schedule. Region assignment may change based on business needs.
