Production pay begins at
$17.00 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential.

Schedule: 2-2-3 (meaning you only work 7 out of every 14 days). The shifts we provide may seem odd at first, but they do give more time back to YOU. How so? You have more freedom and time off to “get stuff done” – enjoy family time, outdoor activities, hobbies, school, and more while avoiding congestion and rush hours. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as needed. 

  • Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am +$1.25 shift differential

What you’ll do:

A Pelletizing Line Operator is responsible for performing and maintaining the daily activities associated with a Pelletizing line. This includes housekeeping, safety, quality, maintaining production efficiencies, repair and maintenance and minimizing downtime. A Pelletizing Line Operator reports directly to the shift Pelletizing Line Supervisor.

Every day, you can expect to:

  • Meet ADS and ASSHTO quality specifications for all products produced
  • Completion of shift production and reporting paperwork
  • Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and perform repairs and adjustments to meet production needs as required
  • Practice proper forklift operation and preventative maintenance
  • Maintainability to operate various production lines and processes effectively; earn certifications
  • Maintain and build job skills through company training programs and understand and practice ADS Core Values

To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Practice continuous improvement
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be able to stand and be mobile throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
