Responsibilities

The Manager, Process & Systems Enablement is responsible for optimizing business processes and ensuring the technology that supports those processes delivers measurable business value. This position leads a team of Systems Analysts responsible for key operational platforms including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Esker PO Reader, IVR, and other business applications and data analysts responsible for providing data, insights and performance management tracking tools. Serving as the bridge between Operations and IT, this role drives process standardization, system enhancements, automation, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer experience, productivity, scalability, and business performance driven by data insights. This position plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence by ensuring business processes and technology solutions work together to support ADS's strategic objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of Order Management and related business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify work, eliminate waste, improve quality, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, business requirements, and operational standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.

Systems Enablement & Support

  • Provide business ownership and oversight of critical business applications including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Esker PO Reader, IVR, and related technologies.
  • Partner with IT to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, test solutions, and support successful implementation.
  • Drive automation and digital enablement initiatives that improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure effective issue management, release readiness, user adoption, and operational support.

Data, Insights & Performance Management

  • Define and monitor KPIs that measure process performance, system effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use data and business insights to prioritize improvement efforts and quantify results.
  • Track and communicate program success through measurable outcomes including productivity, quality, adoption, customer experience, and financial impact.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Systems Analysts responsible for business systems support, enhancement delivery, testing, and optimization.
  • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure effective execution of departmental objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Portfolio & Performance Management

  • Manage a portfolio of process and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Utilize operational KPIs, customer feedback, and business insights to identify, prioritize, and measure improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into performance, adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to business leaders and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading business process improvement, business systems, operations, or technology enablement initiatives.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or enterprise business applications.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
