Responsibilities

The Manager of Cybersecurity is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ADS’s cybersecurity program, ensuring the protection of enterprise IT and OT environments. This role leads a team of security analysts and engineers, manages incident response, and partners with internal and external stakeholders—including a 24/7 MSSP Security Operations Center —to maintain a strong security posture. The Manager will also support strategic initiatives led by the Director of Cybersecurity and collaborate with Identity & Access Management, Compliance, and Resiliency teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor cybersecurity analysts and engineers across IT and OT domains.

· Oversee daily security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for MSSP escalations and ensure timely resolution of security incidents.

· Manage and optimize security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, firewalls, etc.).

· Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management team to ensure secure identity lifecycle management and privileged access controls.

· Support the development and execution of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

· Conduct risk assessments and contribute to enterprise risk reporting.

· Partner with Compliance and GRC teams to support audits, regulatory requirements, and policy enforcement.

· Participate in tabletop exercises and support business continuity planning from a cyber perspective.

· Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity

· Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and threat management.

· Experience with MSSPs and managing outsourced SOC functions.

· Familiarity with OT/ICS security in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

· Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent preferred.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
