Responsibilities

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of critical product data, with a focus on bill of materials (BOM) creation and updates. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and system integrity across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, set up, and update BOMs in Product Data Hub (PDH) and Oracle systems.
  • Collaborate with teams across Material Science, Quality, Planning, Product Management, and Manufacturing to ensure BOM accuracy and functionality.
  • Validate successful data updates using Oracle and PDH systems.
  • Maintain BOMs primarily for pipe products, with potential support for raw materials, fittings, Nyloplast, Duraslot, and other allied products.
  • Participate in organizational projects impacting BOM setups and processes.
  • Respond to support requests on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred; other experience levels will be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of how BOM structures impact cross-functional operations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Oracle EBS – primary database system.
    • Product Data Hub (PDH) – user-friendly interface for Oracle data management.
    • Power BI & Excel – tools for data analysis and validation.
