The Operations Support Specialist will provide assistance in various operations functions such as purchasing, receiving, shipping, dispatching, strategic sourcing, and inventory management. This well rounded associate will also provide customer support when needed and help internally administer HR benefits and new employee orientation/training. A successful individual will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a highly motivated team player with high energy who is willing to go above and beyond while displaying a positive, optimistic and upbeat outlook.
Operations Support Responsibilities:
Purchasing/Receiver: reconcile and confirm receipt of product; match receipts with POs and approve for payment; run compliance reports for purchasing (invoice/PO hold reports); work with AP to ensure payments are correct and on time.
Shipping Responsibilities:
Front office responsibilities:
Customer Support: answer daily phone calls and emails directing inquiries to CSRs, Reps, APMs, and Flexstorm Engineering team.
HR support: assist employee hiring through Sterling system; set up drug screening with clinic and background checks; assist in new employee orientation and training; administer benefits/elections changes for all workers; post all ADS companywide notices and reviews with workers.
