Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects that align with business goals. You will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Align project objectives with business goals and ensure team clarity on deliverables.
  • Oversee the delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Lead issue identification, risk mitigation, and resolution processes.
  • Monitor project health, scope, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage all project documentation and reporting.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects and/or programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project and portfolio management processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification required.
  • ITIL or ITSM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, including ERP and cloud-based implementations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in navigating project methodologies including Stage-Gate, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Technically adept with the ability to understand and manage complex IT solutions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective in conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow SPM.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
