Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Manager (Allied) to join our team! In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations, logistics, and inventory across a designated region, ensuring safety, quality, service, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement through the Green Line Operating System
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy
  • Develop and execute strategic talent plans and succession strategies
  • Build and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic goals
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement and professional development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams
  • Communicate regional performance and initiatives to executive leadership
  • Oversee logistics, fleet operations, and warehouse efficiency
  • Travel up to 50% required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
  • 3–5 years of experience in a continuous improvement/Lean environment
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and leading leaders
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Six Sigma or Black Belt certification a plus

  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to lead Lean transformations and drive change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and profitability
  • Knowledge of inventory, warehouse, and fleet management
  • Proficiency in Lean tools (e.g., daily management, kaizen, standard work)
