We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our team! This role contributes value through the administration, analysis, communication, education, process improvement, and compliance of our U.S.-based benefit programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the day-to-day administration and support of our company paid and voluntary benefit offerings; management and oversight of our leave of absence (LOA) programs; analysis, identification and reporting of benefit utilization and cost trends; assessing of program competitiveness; developing and delivering effective benefit related communications and presentations; serving as subject matter expert on assigned employee benefits for internal customers, vendors, auditors, etc.; and assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of different benefits packages, data analytics and reporting, exceptional organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
