Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, Training & Development to lead our learning initiatives during a period of transformative change. This role is critical in shaping the future of our operational training strategy, with a strong emphasis on developing scalable learning tools, overseeing new hire and recurring functional training programs, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for learning, and a proven ability to deliver impactful training solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Strategic Alignment & Transformation – Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align learning strategies with organizational transformation efforts.
  • Program Design & Innovation – Lead the design, development, and execution of innovative learning tools and training programs that support the evolving needs of the Order Management operational teams.
  • Scalability & Business Impact – Promote scalable training solutions that align with company-wide strategic objectives and directly address key performance metrics, including order accuracy, call quality, order processing time, and overall customer service excellence.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight – Manage a team responsible for delivering training classes and material, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Needs Assessment & Gap Analysis – Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
  • Training Model Development – Develop and implement a learning business partner model to ensure consistent training delivery across the organization.
  • Learning Culture & Engagement – Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Change Management & Capability Building – Build organizational capability in change management and performance development.
  • Leadership & Technical Development – Champion a learner-centric approach that supports leadership development, technical skill-building, and cultural alignment.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Utilize data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility & Cross-Functional Support – Flexibly respond to evolving business needs by performing additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned. This may include supporting cross-functional initiatives, contributing to organizational transformation efforts, or stepping in to assist with urgent training and development priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or professional certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or employee relations
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing learning tools for operational teams
  • Proven leadership in managing direct reports and overseeing training programs
  • Strong background in management training, performance development, and change management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Designing and evaluating learning programs
  • Driving performance improvement initiatives
  • Managing organizational knowledge and change
  • Delivering training and facilitating learning sessions
