Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Card and Expense Reporting Analyst to join our Shared Services Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administartion and the management of corporate card programs, ensuring compliance with expense reporting policies, and utilizing SAP Concur to streamline the expense reporting process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur and a strong understanding of corporate card programs and expense reporting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the company’s corporate card program, including cardholder setup, issuance, and deactivation.
  • Monitor and reconcile corporate card transactions, ensuring all expenses are categorized correctly and adhere to company policies.
  • Provide support and training to employees on the proper use of corporate cards and the expense reporting process through SAP Concur.
  • Review employee expense reports submitted via SAP Concur to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to corporate card transactions or expense reports.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure proper coding and timely processing of expense reports.
  • Uploads T&E and PCard expenses into ERP system for prompt payment to the bank and to reconcile expenses to the GL.
  • Generate regular reports related to corporate card spending and overall expense reporting metrics, identifying any trends or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Concur features and functionalities to continuously improve and streamline expense reporting processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to assist with audits or internal controls related to expense reporting and corporate card usage.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate card administration, expense reporting, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with SAP Concur is a requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of expense reporting procedures, accounting principles, and corporate card program management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with corporate expense audit processes.
  • Familiarity with global corporate card programs and multi-currency expense reporting.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems (Oracle).
