Responsibilities

We are looking for a Plant Accountant/HR Administrator to join our Recycling Mobile Grind team! In this role, you will provide accounting, travel, and HR support to a remote team. If you are passionate about accounting and human resources, we would love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and purchase order process.
  • Summarize and report on general accounting activities.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and taxes.
  • Prepare entries for payroll and capital expenditures.
  • Record and report financial data.
  • Maintain familiarity with Corporate Travel Policy.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and assist with travel coordination.
  • Provide HR support, including HCM entry, E-time entry, and new employee onboarding.
  • Communicate unsafe conditions and practice proper PPE compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High School/Vocational School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management.
  • Experience with SAP Concur for travel coordination.
  • HR administrative and basic accounting experience.
  • Ability to operate a computer and sit at a desk for extended periods.
  • Experience booking travel or supporting a travel team. 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office, Teams/Outlook, Concur Travel, and ADP.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude.
